Help
English only. How to get a transcript, where your transcripts live, and where to go next. For calling the service from your own code, see the API page.
Transcribing audio
On the Transcribe page, drag and drop an audio file onto the box — or choose a file, or paste a public audio link — and transcription starts automatically. It works with mp3, wav, m4a, flac and most audio formats, from short clips to multi-hour recordings. New visitors get free minutes to start.
Finding your transcripts
Transcripts you've started are on the Your transcripts page — one that is still running shows its status there, and a finished one re-opens with one tap. Long recordings can take a while; it's safe to close the tab and come back to it there. Sign in to keep your transcripts across sessions.
Your privacy
Your audio is used only to create your transcript, never to train models.

Prefer to call the service from your own code? The API page has the OpenAI-compatible quickstart: your base URL, ready-to-run curl snippets for the synchronous and asynchronous modes, and how to create an API key.
